Ingredients
  • 6 roma chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 French baguette
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions
Take a large mixing bowl and add the roma tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Slice the baguette in ¾ inch slices and on a baking dish arrange these in a singe layer, and broil till they are slightly brown. In another bowl, mix the crumb mixture, artichokes, cheeses, garlic and parsley. Spoon it in the bread shells and place these on the baking sheet, to broil in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
